At OLÉ, we're committed to centering the experiences of Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color, system-impacted folks, renters, early educators, parents, workers, and immigrants. Together, we build the New Mexico we deserve.
Citizenship and Immigration
Permanent resident members get hands-on N-400 support, weekly citizenship classes, attorney review of paperwork, and help navigating USCIS. We also organize so everyone in our community can live, work, and belong without fear.
DEMOCRACY REFORM
Through member-led endorsements and our Political Working Group, OLÉ members decide together who we back and what we fight for at every level of government. We organize to win ballot initiatives like paid sick days and pass the NM Voting Rights Act.
Early Childhood Education
Building a profession where early educators earn professional wages, receive benefits, and are recognized for the skilled care they provide for hardworking families in New Mexico.

Holding corporate landlords accountable for habitability, defending renter protections, and organizing tenants to win the safe, stable homes our families deserve.
